Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • After Shipment: Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may choose to return the product after delivery, subject to our Return Policy.

Return Policy

We offer a return/exchange policy within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. It must be in the original packaging with all tags intact.

  3. You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are exempt from being returned.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
